Campus Life Events   Events   Archives 14th National Research Conference The 14TH National Research Conference organized by Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) Islamabad campus concluded with a variety of research topics discussed and papers presented. Vice Chancellor Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad, Dr. Nazir Sangi was the chief guest on the occasion. Whereas Founder Executive Director SACHET Pakistan Dr. Rakshinda Parveen, Chief Executive Officer PERITUS Pakistan Altaf Gohar Khan, Senior Accounts Manager KalSoft Pvt Ltd Mr. Shiraz Abid and Director SZABIST Islamabad campus Syed Asad Hussain was also present on the occasion. The event assembled young thinkers at one plate form so that they could share their creative and innovative ideas in diverse fields including, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Marketing, Computing, Sociology, Project Management and many more. Students belonging MS (Management Sciences, Project Management, Computer Sciences & Social Sciences) presented their scholarly work in the biannual NRC. The NRC was organized with an objective to promote research in a variety of areas with the involvement of different scholars and experts. On this occasion SZABIST also signed MOU's with three non-governmental organizations SACHET, PERITUS and KalSoft which are aimed at curtailing unemployment all over the country with special focus on youth. Objectives of these MOU's would include providing the would-be students Entrepreneurs infrastructure, skill orientation, and business management skills.
