Mr. Wisal Ahmad, an HEC scholar, has graduated as a third PhD from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, Islamabad. His principal Adviser was Dr. Zahid Mahmood and his dissertation entitled "An Empirical Investigation of the Association between Creative Advertising and Advertising Effectiveness in Pakistan" was reviewed by two foreign experts; Dr. Jaafar El-Murad of the University of Westminster in London, UK and Dr. Evangelos Moustakas of the Middlesex University in London, UK.
