Campus Life Events   Events   Archives MPM Students Visit Centaurus A student delegation of SZABIST’s MPM Fall-2010 visited Centaurus, one of the landmark projects of the Capital City, on October 16, 2010. A senior faculty member, Mr. Farid Zafar, led the students, who were provided this opportunity as a part of their Knowledge Trip. The session started with photographs followed by a presentation. Students were taken to the rooftop using open lifts. Lots of screams and shouts were heard by those who could not dare such a ride. Students have been advised to prepare a visit report based on the questions provided in advance and their own perception of the project. Three of the best reports will be sent to the Centaurus management as a feedback. All the companies working in this project have an international reputation in construction work and following the PMI principles of Project Management. The design of Centaurus was prepared by Atkins Company which is also the designer of Burj-al-Khalifa and many other modern buildings of the world.
