MBA


SZABIST offers MBA degree in the specialized fields of Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Finance, Marketing and Project Management. The MBA Program is both day and evening and consists of 36 / 72 / 90 credits.

1. For students with a 4 year BBA degree, the MBA Program is a 1.5 years program. 10 courses and a research project (36 credits) are needed to graduate. Students are also required to complete a 6-weeks internship. Students are not required to take the SZABIST comprehensive exam.

2. For students with a 4 year professional degree (MA, MCom, BS, BE, MBBS etc), the MBA Program is a 2 to 2.5 years program. 24 courses and a research project (72 credits) are needed to graduate. Students are also required to complete a 6-weeks internship and clear the SZABIST comprehensive exam.

3. For students with a 2-3 year bachelor degree, the MBA Program is a 3-3.5 year's program. 30 courses including a research project (90 credits) are needed to graduate. Students are also required to complete a 6-weeks internship and clear the SZABIST Comprehensive exam.

For admission to the MBA Program, the candidate must possess a Bachelors degree with minimum 55% marks / CGPA 2.50 from a HEC recognized university in any field of study. An entrance test and group discussion / interview will be given to all applicants at SZABIST.
